Alright so i just got reset http://bf2s.com/player/46839788/ there are my stats.
I am showing up as a captain still and I just unlocked all the weapons like i had just ranked up.  When i logged in it told me i had been promoted to captain(which i already was) now my stats are bogged.  I still show up as a captain i just don't have any points.  Is this how it will stay cause i would love to get to go through the ranks again.  I searched but couldn't find anything.

You will always be a captian with very few points.

Someone, please tell me how to get reset without hacking (punkbuster).  I need my really bad stats wiped.
