What's going on!?

Everytime I try to join the Tactical Gamer server, I get this message:

I haven't even gotten on to the server yet!

(I try to join because it's full and has a low ping, so don't say "Just don't play on that server." I know.)

What's going on?

Yeah note the server name even says it only has 62 slots....
Feel dumb now.
