that is just plain WRONG!! i was raised to ALWAYS clean up after yourself, spent casings, targets, pins post...you get the idea. you're supposed to leave the area as good if not better than you found it.

Dude, some of us have to go outside to do our shooting. I've yet to see an indoor FITASC, Sporting Clays, Skeet, or Trap range. Though, that would be awesome.Parker wrote:

I shoot. A lot. And, I'm a cheap bastard. The result of these two is that I reload the majority of my own ammo. All my shotgun rounds that I practice with, and my hunting rifle rounds are custom loaded, by me, to do what I want them to do.
So, when I shoot, I'm always on the lookout for free brass and good shotgun hulls (there is a difference between good and bad hulls that I'm not going to get into for you all. It's kind of boring.). I always leave a shooting area cleaner than I find it.

i do the majority of my shooting at an indoor range, occasionally i do venture out to shoot some clays, or get some more practice with my combat shotgun, but i always clean up what mess i make. though i must say i dont really go to pieces of land and shoot, especially at washing machines and shit like the people ATG is having issues with in his neck of the woods.
ill do things like go to the range before it opens and we set up bowling pins and 1 gallon milk jugs filled with water and shoot at that. K98>bowling pin. Colt SAA>milkjug. good times.
but ya, maybe someone with a shit ton of money could open an all indoor range, a place like that would make a whole lot of money.....it would just cost a couple hundred million to do correctly......well, we can dream.
