They have a F117 Nighthawk every year at the airshow over here, and it always has a rope around it still.howler_27 wrote:
Why did he say that they would arrest him? Knowing the guys guarding it, they may. It's called Duty.
I've seen guys at the EAA airshow in Oshkosh that have been detained for crossing the barrier line to "get a better pic" of certain highly sensative areas of newly released aircraft over the years. On three different occasions. The first showing of the B1B, the B2 Stealth, and the F117 Nighthawk. All were sesative technology at the time, and some dumbasses decided to jump the rope for a closer shot of the planes, others just wanted to feel the skin of the steath.

That picture is awesomely cool. Whose the best display team in the world? I haven't seen the Red Arrows in ages, and when I last did they're so far away it's hard to see.Alone+EasyTarget wrote:

Unfortunately, at our last air show at Quebec city, it was a rainy weekend. The BA could take off but the sky was cloudy so they had to make their low altitude show. That was pretty cool, but those guys didnt exploit all their skills. Anyway that was a cool show.
