You could upgrade other components that will still be usefull with a different mobo/CPU. Another Raptor might be an idea. Runnina single Raptor seems wastefull to me, because you can get mostly better performance from 2 slower drives in RAID than a single Raptor and for cheaper. 2 Raptors though, that's all good...
Do you have any other storage drives on there? How can you get by with so little space?

Hence... I compared the 8800GTX and not the 8600. And the 8800 can easily run over the 7950GX2. Even though the later has more memory, i.e. 1GB vs 768mb, as memory is not everything in this respect.Bell wrote:
