I have a x1950 pro 512mb and I love this card. I especially like to play H:BM all on high, but the graphics temperatur goes up to 63 degrees pretty often. I hear that this is very hot. What should I do?
Add a heatsink to your graph card !
Zalman have some nifty GPU coolers that dont cost to much !

Wait behind the line ..............................................................
If you dont want to spend anything on cooling, take the side of the case off, good solution just careful of dust and dont touch anything when its on!

Zalman are fantastic for GPU cooling, get yourself a decent paste as well.
I saw my temps drop from 40C to 30C

No need to worry.
60° is very much ok. Most gfx cards can handle up to 120°.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
What card have you got?

And you can find it in the catalyst contro center if you have an ATI card.
It is mostly under ATI overdrive.

I got a 6800GT AGP card and it idles around 75 C. I always thought this was exceedingly hot, but I guess it's normal.
Yeah thats normal
Ditto on what others have said, that's pretty normal.
Don't worry, you're not the only one who gets freaked out by how hot graphics cards get nowadays.
