Last night was on xfire talking to thareaper254. He found this awesome video, and it gave me quite a laugh.
I like to give credit to him for finding this video, which he found on LiveLeak (click to go to video).
I figured I would look for it on gootube videos, found it, so here it is embedded. Enjoy!

By the way, on the actual video pages on both LiveLeak and Google Video, they list the name of the video as F-16 Marshal, when in fact the dancing man is marshaling a F-15. Me and thareaper254 determined this from looking at the body (air intakes and wing position/shape) of the jet seen from the cockpit, and the fact that the aircraft parked in the same hanger is a F-15 as well. Feel free to debate this if you want to be a fool.
