They're so redundant.  Christians aren't going to convert atheists and atheists aren't going to convert Christians.  That's what it always ends up at.  That or "I believe this and everyone who doesn't is a moron and/or going to hell....

be quite, there the livelyness of this forum. If you ban religion threads the religion discussion would be forced randomly into threads of other topics.

I'd be up for just some more heavy modding:
[1] Get rid of the abusive, totally 1 sided, not even trying to discuss posts
[2] Get rid of new religious threads started by same person in a row (especially if its a new account just for the purpose)
[3] If its in D&ST it should be up for discussion... i.e. not Group X are wrong and should STFU
