BF2S Forums BF2:Special Forces. Startup Problem.

i had this i think, so now me thinks if you find that file it should be empty (thus why it doesn't work).

You then have to find those files and move them to there and your problem will be sorted

(if the same problem i had, a uninstall and reinstall won't work cos it will do it again)


sorry for being so vague, but someone else told me this fix and i did it a long time ago



edit: i may of solved it, or i'm going to completely fuck up ur bf2 lol

if what i said has come to pass (the files not there)

then maybe they are located here lol, keyword "maybe"

mods/bf2/shaders_client/

my best guess would to copy them over and if it still don't work then just delete them from the shaders file and ask a smart person lol

I had the same problem. I can tell you what to do, but you won't like it.
I'll tell you anyway.

Uninstall BF2: SF and BF2.
Reinstall BF2.
Do NOT patch yet.
Install BF2:SF.
Patch.
