I play to kill the enemy and win the current round, rank doesn't mean anything to me.

I haven't really played these stat heavy games in the past though(i mostly played ut) so i guess im just used to thinking more about winning the current map than i am boosting my stats.

I simply liked having all of the unlocks. I don't compare it to b2 because like traffic violation point systems between certain states, they don't compare .. maybe b.gen=first searg). Gave me a sense that I could stop playing if I wanted to ...

I don't even consider the other ranks for I don't see myself getting past the top 5000.

Like jsnipy, I think b.gen=first searg or even Major in BF2, those 2 being a big milestone in BF2.

I even made it to the top 4000.

But my first feeling when I reached that rank was... that's it? And I was happy to make it there without a Purple Heart
