Ghosttown if you want your expert AA badge. Nothing like keeping those birds outta of the arir with some well placed AA rounds.

I find Gator is the worst for nade spamming, once on the boat. I hate the night goggles so no night maps 4 me. I basically like all the day maps on SF. I think ity would be kinda cool to use the grappling hook/ zip in some of the vanilla maps. Lots of buildings that were otherwise inaccessible.Snake wrote:
No, they are not. They are the only city maps which is what the majority of the bf2 population like so they can revive and spam nades like a bunch of muppets.Mason4Assassin444 wrote:
They are the best maps available on SF. Period.Snipingruven wrote:
WTF is the GD deal with these 2 FFN maps???? Once my list loads up, these are the only 2 FFN maps on every GD server! WTF is so GD great about these maps? Dont people get tired of them like me?
Gator, Night Flight and Mass D are my fav SF maps. Although I actually like them all. GT is boring to me now, although a few rounds here and there dont hurt.
I just cant ever find Leviathan and NF running to get games in on them. Perch or Surge too, although not quite as bad.
those two maps are sniper heaven for me.
hehehe
hehehe
yeah no kidding. coincidence? i don't think so...But yeah both maps are sniper havens. As for popularity. its proly because thier are the most basic maps. Both have a little bit of everything. Either way, both maps are overplayed (surge ftw!!) but fun none the less.
Try looking at a different time of day, I always have at least 4 of the maps to choose from & a lot of them rotate through most maps. I/O has opened up the over played maps all over again as well. I like ghost town , surge & mass d , warlord is ok when it's I/O.
people are to afraid to try new things!!!....its like...brussel sprout once you try them they arnt that bad
i agree with the whole try out new maps, i like all the SF maps, but i've been going for armour time recently so i aint been able to play gator recently which i think is an awesome inf mapMordoc_the_Gorilla wrote:

but brussel sprouts? have you been in some form of an accident recently????
Ya, this is probably it. Mass Destr. is my favorite map, but I like a variety, just get tired of WL or GT, and especially, all the GD 24/7 *map* servers. Don't get me wrong, I like the 2 maps, just would be nice to have others to play more.Mordoc_the_Gorilla wrote:

Well, Warlord and Ghost Town are like karkand, you get a lot of points, lots of noobs in vehicles (I'm one of those :p ) and with grapple hooks and ziplines you can do so many things on rooftops. but i like devils perch FTW!
Surge has the coolest map design of all maps. I mean, a huge ass rocket on launch base, it doesn't get any more bad ass than that! Mass Destruction has that nice dark sky which creates an excellent setting for a map that is easily crossed on foot as well.
But Ghost Town... See, it's a lot of flags crammed into a tiny area and filled with plenty of powerful vehicles. It's my least favorite Spetznaz map.
Warlord is SF's Karkand but is far more superior to Crackalackaland. Less whores (although that's changing) less nade spamming and lots of rooftops to ruin a tanker's day.
