Today I got the sweatest song sent to me Miles davis- Autumn leaves. I simply love it The whole song was perfect and I love songs where the instruments do the talking so to say.

So im asking you guys to please post some blues/jazz songs that "speak" to you

Great couple of songs.
I can't really think of any Jazz at the moment...I've got Queen Greatest hits (all three!) stuck in my head...
So I'll have to get back to you on that one - it'll be great to see what different styles people can come up with, though!

Just thought - http://www.last.fm/music/Sarah+Vaughan/ … Can+Get+It

Sarah Vaughan is great.

Dave Brubek - Take Five

I listen to a lot of downtempo/nuJazz.  Check out Bonobo or Abakus.

Norah Jones is actually amazingly good too.  A little known fact is that she is the child of Ravi Shankur.

Klaus Doldingers Passport is also quite nice - try to get some of his stuff

and if you are into nuJazz and downtempo stuff try silent poets (from japan) and slowhill - nice stuff

The Sky is Cryin' -George Thorogood and the Destroyers LIVE ... OR done By Stevie Ray Vaughn & BB King.  Just a great blues song that lets the guitar wail in misery.

Look into Robert Cray. He's a pretty damn good blues player. I just saw him open for Eric Clapton last month and he was incredible.
