Just play any map with a carrier. Let the CIWS system get raped, then repair it. Or just follow a tank. Or just let the enemy blow your assets and fix 'em. Someone had a good idea (I think it was OrangeHound), play Oman, let the enemy blow your arty, fix it, swim out into the water so they can't see you, let the MEC blow it again, and repeat.

Try a few things, go Insurgents on Warlord and hang around arty and UAV, if SAS cap a palace flag then they tend to blow it all up, or just get in a jeep and follow a tank around to keep repairing it, and at some point the commander toys will get blown up so go park next to them!!

I got mine on Warlord and being an Insurgent. Get a vehicle to move around quickly. I think you can set beside assets and repair them without getting out. As a favor to your teammates, get a jeep or hummer not the armor. You can also squad with someone who is playing exclusively in a tank or armor. I also like Sharqi MEC assets. Dragon Valley has tons of vehicles and helos. This would be good if you get in a good squad. Best of luck! Tell us how you do.

I got mine in a Blackhawk squad on Mashtuur City (in 1.3 so it wasn't too easy). Took me two tries, but with a decent pilot (good enough not to crash, but not good enough to avoid all damage so you can repair it), you can do it.

I vote for the being US on Iron Gator, some guy on the MEC was putting SRAW into the gun the whole game, I think he was commander and was giving him crates, and I war repairing it the whole game, i got 25 repair points that round, but didnt have the time or total repair points for the expert badge, so I only got the vet badge.

The other option is on Wake. Go by the essex gun and repair. Just make sure you're on a server that allows J-10s to rape the carrier.
Also Warlord as insurgent, as previously suggested. Sharqi is also a good one as the assets are easy to get to for the enemy. Just don't go IO. A friend of mine tried and wondered why he never got enough, lol.

I got my basic on a Jalalabad server. I was in a buggy, following a tank around, but I was a the lake outpost. The tank just sat there, firing across the river, while I parked behind the rocks. Covered from sniper/rocket fire, I just had to sit there and watch the points build up.....

If you sit in a jeep on karkand, drive towards cement flag, drive in the water very slowly, press f4 and repair the vehicle. If your driver drives small steps forward, you can come untill the middle of the lake. Also you get a lot of repair points and you won't die.

about 20 people in a 64 person wake, play as PLA. Hopefully the US will take airfield, blow all assests and leave them open for you to repair (that's 5 right there). If not just go around repairing everything (tanks, mounted guns, AA, jeeps, bridges) they will come slowly but surely. I joined the server with about 200 tickets left each and ended up with 13 repair points.

I got mine on Great Wall.. repaired some tanks but actually EU spec ops kept destroying our arty and commander assets.. I was like a fool driving between our 2 bases and kept repairing commander assets...
Just buddy up with someone in a AA vehicle. Sit up top with your spanner out and crank away. If you stick to where the action is and near you other teams vehicles you should get it in 2 or 3 attempts depending on how long the rounds are.

The commander dropped supplies that gave the enemy spec ops the c4 that he needed to blow them again
I went out and fixed them. Rinse and repeat.
The commander is spotting the enemy spec ops, but why would I want to go and kill him?
Once I got the badge then I did find and kill him.
Selfish - probably. Badge - definately.
