war is an incredibly lucrative business.  And considering the way this war has been waged thus far, it doesn't surprise me in the least that we literally ship cash to Iraq on Pallets and dont keep any record of it.  we're likely paying for the IEDs that kill our own soldiers.

well they sure as hell couldn't have afforded them.

We gotta keep this thing going some way, I mean seriously, it can't be all one sided right?

They aren't.  There are plenty of other organizations and governments funding and training them under the table.

sure, they make and use a bomb that costs a few hundred bucks, maybe a few thousand, and AM General gets to sell the US gov't another $100,000 humvee.
