We have unleashed an uncontrollable sectarian conflict that will not only envelop Iraq in Civil War, but will probably draw in the entire middle east. It's been 4 years, and they don't have an army. It's been 4 years and the don't have a functioning police force, at least one that doesn't go on killing rampages or perform enough torture to make Saddam proud. It's been 4 years and their government is negotiating with, no, accomidating terrorist, insurgent groups. the only thing keeping chaos at bay is our troops, and they could probably do it forever, and in 10 years we'll have 20,000 dead soldiers.
