You need to do more exercise and eat better. If you don't exercise and eat McD's twice a day and you're not fat then you're not going to bulk up any that way. That'll help, but you still need a better diet if you do want to bulk up - protein is the key to building muscles. McD's is very low in protein. All you're doing is burning the fat and not laying down much muscle (if any).Parker wrote:

To the original poster: You can't blame anyone really. It's as they say - "All muslims may not be terrorists, but all terrorists are muslims". No matter what the reasons for terrorism, it doesnt change the fact that a certain sect of your religion in conflict with the US, and therefore many Americans will hold a dislike.
