In the morning for breakfast. Its true what they say about having a good breakfast sets you up for the day. I like a good old fry-up, that really sets me up for the day ahead. But sometimes after a heavy night out I just prefer to have a little cereal. What do you people have/prefer?

Well i had a spliff for breafast and didn't eat till lunch.

Where's the option for "Other"? I have oatmeal, a protein shake and a glass of water.
Yeah I love black pudding. I just had a fry-up an hour ago, and I'm sorted for the day now. I feel all spritely and shit.
Cereal and milk usually, and if i'm lucky, there'll be orange juice or waffles.

Continental is usually croissants with butter or jam. Served with toast and tea as well. The French have that and its quite an interesting breakfast tbh. (Jesus I'm turning into a breakfast weirdo!)Hurricane wrote:

If I eat it as a set meal, I go for the full English option. Bacon, sausage, egg, and a mix of toast, fried bread, and bread-and-butter.
If I'm just eating it because I'm freaking hungry and on the run, it's whatever's to hand. Today, half a slice of cold bacon and a cold sausage from the fridge, and a glass of milk.

I have an apple and a orange or banana. Just started doing that a couple months ago. Much better than the not eating I've been accustomed to.
I do love a good fry up, full english ftw. However I'm currently under doctor's orders and am having bran flakes, semi-skimmed milk and orange juice.
I do love the good ol bacon and eggs, but i usually never feel like making that when i wake up at 5 or 6 in the mowrning. so i usually have a bowl of cereal or some oatmeal.

I love a good fry up. Best thing to start the day, i sometimes have one at uni when i get up. Normally though i just grab and apple and get to lectures.
Rarely have breakfasts anymore i really enjoy the few times in month i can take my time and have one. normally i just grab a coffe at work.
Coffee, orange juice and yogurt.
I choose nothing but really, a cup of coffee gets me going until lunch. I hate breakfast, it slows me down in the morning.

I have whatever I feel like. Sometimes its leftovers from the night before (If It was like Pizza/ Chicken), that's if I'm lazy. If I feel like waiting I'll have Waffles/Pancakes, If I don't wanna wait but also don't want to be lazy its cereal.
Nice to see people still go for the cholestorol-laden breakfast option these days.

Toast and Black Coffee usually. Or if I am in Starbucks, Americano with an extra shot of expresso and a pain au chocolat.
