I am running BF2 on Vista 64x. Have been playing it on Vista for months now, no problems. (I run it as administrator, etc.) All of sudden today when I tried playing I get kicked after about 5 minutes by Punkbuster with the message "violation (ignoring queries) #9006". I have tried restarting my system and updating Punkbuster but still get the same message every time after 5 minutes in a game. Very frustrating. Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

- Punkbuster started kicking me and won't stop!
I dont know. I tried looking it up on google and yahoo, but so far nothing has come up except maybe a firewall/wireless router problem. (which to me sounds wrong). I a guy said that maybe you should dl a "patched version of Punkbusted that worked on a 64 bit OS." Hope this helps at all...

Do you cheat/hack? that's my guess
Ok. Thanks for the responses guys. I updated Punkbuster manually again and then restarted my computer before trying to play again. After rebooting no more error messages! Must have had something to do with Punkbuster not updating properly in Vistax64.
Pea...Tear....Griffen, or should I say jackass. NO, I don't cheat/hack.
