As for the serious part, YOU must be the real dumbass to think he is a dumbass.  This guy got elected as President twice, convinced both parties and multiple countries to go to war, etc.  I would imagine you need more than the average intelligence to pull that off.

Who you know is very important. Bush had the background and the backing to become president - that does not mean he has the intellect.

He got "hooked up" to get there yes.  But to get elected a second time and convince people to go to war you have to admit would not be able to be pulled off by a "complete moron."

Convincing people to go to war was easy, he just lied to them. As for getting re-elected he was up against Kerry, need I say more.
