I have done a manual install and an automatic install.
I have reinstalled BF2, I have reset my router.
It did this once before and I had it fixed, I just cant remember what it was.
It does it every time Punk Buster updates.
Any clues?

Well said. I have the new DGL-4300 Dlink w/ gamefuel and I had to go in and open up the correct ports in order to get things running smoothly. Try this first.

Second, and another problem I once had:
Check all your connections in your house. Trace all your cable (usually RG6 cable for most cable companies) and make sure there are not any loose connections. Also replace any old strands of wire. I rewired my townhouse from box-to-outlet with brand spanking new cable. It is easy to do it yourself with lots of how-to guides on splicing cable on the net. This caused a HUGE loss of packets for me and when I replaced the cable it solved my problem. Call your provider to come out and check it for you if you dont think you can do it yourself. GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the help. I will be on a hardwire connection soon. That should fix the problem.
