The higher the Hz the easier it is on your eyes...

Me personality I'm running everything at the "Untra High", 6xAA and 1600x1200.
On a ATI X800GTO2 (16 pipe and at X850XT PE Speeds), 2 GB (4x512) of cheapo ram, and a crappy AMD 3000+ 1.8 64bit..

With your specs I don't see why you don't have everything high when your system could more then handel it.

Trust me... for BF2 2 Gigs makes the game 100x better. I get in a server in like 30 seconds at the most, and none of that 5 minutes of verifying crap... no "start game lag" either.

AA takes away the "jagged lines" in graphics. The quilty is amazing i got my AA tweaked up 4x it looks awesome.
