Kicked By Pb For Key Packet Loss

I dont know why Ive started getting this, but since Sunday I've been being kicked from servers for 'key packet loss'. It usually kicks me after about 2-5 minutes of joining the game. I read somewhere else that it was to do with recent punkbuster updates but no explanation of how to fix it was in the thread.

Can anyone help??

and if you're using wireless, try to get it wired
and if you can't, portforward bf2.
delete your profile from my documents>bf2

I have updated PB, twice and it still happens. I am already on DSL Ender. Any other ideas?

maybe the server is running an old PB client. I had that message in the old days on 1.03. I just pacthed up but for now patching up aint a option
