Depending on the region you get it from it's a duck stuffed in a chicken stuffed in a turkey (the birds are de-boned) some people warp bacon or stuffing in between the layers of birds or just on the very outside of the turkey, then either BBQ or bake it. Quite fucking tasty!

It's gotta be one of the tastiest combos of meats invented. The one I usually have/make is the one with bacon wrapped on the outside and slow baked. Combine that with a generous supply of cold beer and that's an epic meal.
