i cant play euro forces or armed fury and they are both installed

you need to go to ea.com sign in , go to my account then go to download info make sure it matches your ingame name (also if you have more than one account you can only change the name three times a week)

Login here and enter your BF account name (without any prefixes) on the "Download info" tab.
Have you played it before or have you just installed them ?
