i would say a chromosome abnormality most likely a deletion but lets not go there its been a long day and biology makes my head hurt.
anyways it isn't hard to move your body into those positions, i can do them, well apart from the facial expressions and the lack of neck
but it doesn't take much practise to rotate your hips like that...
andhis hand isn't really in that much of a messed position you will notice when he turns it a bit that it's just the angle you are looking at it from that makes it look so messed up.
