Some may have some interesting stories. My cat was dropped off near an cat and dog shelter in the rain (owners probably didn't want him because of his stomach problems). He was then sent to Pets-Mart where I adopted him. Post his or her name and some pics if you can.

His name's Julius (sorry for bad pic).

Not very exciting really went in to the pet shop and bought her.  Mind you we did then have to carry her in a tiny box for the 25 minute walk home which must have been terrifying.

Her names Jeff.  What can i say, the pet shop assured us it was a male hamster.  Pic is a bit blurred as she wont stay still long enough to get a photo!

Ahh, Me and my family were on our way to the Austin, Texas lakeline mall. Then on the side of the road we saw a dog selling booth thing. We looked at them all and found just the best dog ever, he was a Maltese. So we bought him for 400 dollars and he is our little baby in the family. When we got him he almost died though, he had the poops really bad and almost died because of it. So we ended up not going to the mall and instead we bought a dog and went home. Here's a picture of what he looks like.

Well, though my cat is dead now, I'll tell the story anyway.
My mother and my uncle owned a factory in the middle of Chinatown (imagine a sweatshop without the low wages, injuries, and long hours). In order to prevent rats from eating their newly manufactured clothes, they bought a cat. Eventually, the factory was closed. We took the cat home and had him for about 10 years. He died at the ripe old age of 17 (mind you, I was 15 at the time). I'll post up a picture later. Oh, and his name was Fay Mao (Fat cat in Cantonese [we were really creative]).

I bought my tortoise "Raphael" for value for money, 100 years divided by £300 - £3 a year + lettuce, bargain.

Bought my daughter a dog for her 5th birthday, "Rizla" Staffordshire Bull Terrier so that when she older and wants to go over her mates she can providing she takes "Rizz" that way I know she be safe.  The dog's a ful pedigree and it's Grandma won something at Cruft's a few years back apparently.  Hope to breed her and sell the pups for £400-£500 each and use proceeds to take daughter to Disney land.

Well, a cousin of mine asked me if I wanted a cat. She said she could bring her (3 months old little girl) over and try it for a week, to see if I like the cat.... I was doomed So I kept the cat for a week, and then called my cousin to say "don't bother taking her back". Her name's "Titoutou" (pronounced tee-too-too). She's gonna be 3 years old on April 17th.

A collage of her when she was little.

My sister's friend had a farm cat who ended up getting pregnant and birthing four kittens. They couldn't keep them all so my sister asked if she could have one of them. After much debate with our parents we managed to get her. She used to be around the size of my hand. Now, she's 16 pounds and still adorable.
