Over past week, when playing the game my whole computer would restart itself...which never ever happended before...

I don't know what is causing this to happen. I haven't installed anything new or changed any settings to computer...

Also after crashes i must retrieve my online account becasue it no longer shows up on login menu and all my options are set to default..

any suggestions.. and i hope Re-Install isn't the only one

Any more information besides randomly crashing?  Is it crashing during gaming, or intensive programs?  It could be  as simple as over heating, requiring you to remove dust bunnys from your pc, or mabye a fan died, either way overheating would casue a random crash.  Id need a little more information before you could really pinpoint something.

Yes I will agree with you. Please give us some more information about it. Have you checked the inside of your computer?? Give us some more info and we will be able to help you. Once I had a problem that was similar to yours, but I'm not shure if this is it. More info will be helpfull.
