as the topic name says.. its back..

After playing NS with my brother we have been getting CTD's at the same time.. Wierd?

Anyone one else had any random CTD?
If not it seems like I got owned

Had one last night after playing for 3 hours or so. But my cousin was messing around with our TS so I think that contributed.

Yep bought the game today, play 3 rounds CTD on two of them.

No sound, message or anything, just one minute in game next on desktop.

I've been getting CTD alot if I go for an unlock at the end of the round

so I just wait to I'm done playing and get my unlock in the BFHQ section

I have not got any ctd but I have got several "Cannot connect to server". Each time I just quit playing so I dont know if the server crashed or if my client did. (boy, I was a lot of help... hehe)

But overall, looks to be a little buggy for some reason. Cant remember the last time a got that message or a ctd.

CTD's....at first i wasn't sure if i was in a medical forum or battlefield..."a shot a penicillin will clear up those CTD's son, no worries!"

i have noticed that i am getting more crashes since NS came out, after the last patch it was very rare for me to get a crash, they do not seem to be happening to me with any regularity, but as i said i notice them more since installing northern strike.

go figure...

i never CTD... but since installing NS i have had 2 hard crashes, like where the system completely freezes.

maybe its enhanced graphics on the new maps overheating my video card? dunno

Ive been getting CTD alot as well, before NS had very few, mabye 5 at most over the last few months, with NS ive had 2 today alone, around 10 since it came out, no a good ratio.

I was having this problem after installing NS. How did I solve it (at least for my configuration)?

Uninstalled BF2142 and 1.2 and NS
Restart Computer.
Reinstalled Bf2142
Restart Computer.
Reinstalled 1.2
Restard Computer.
Reinstalled NS

Incidentally, this also fixed random crashes I was getting while using Vent and BF2142
