I keep getting kicked from servers, before I can even start playing because it says that I have multiple DirectX 3D loaded. anyclue how this happened, and how can i fix it?

just try the dl if that dont work there is a program you can run something like dxdiag on the run menu not sure if that is what it is called though sorry
