I tried ot buy northern strike but when I click "buy" it says that I do not have bf2142 registered to my account. What do I do?
Just a shot in the dark, but did you happen to register your copy w/EA? How stupid of them to put that criteria in for purchase. You'd think they'd let you sort out whether you have the requirements or not AFTER getting your money. That'd be typical EA.
Sounds like something odd is happening for you. I have a totally different EA link login to my BF login name, so I doubt they can find a link between them, I was able to purchase northern strike without any problems. In fact I think its the best piece of software I have used that has been published by EA It works and it downloads fast, but obviously not so much for you
You may need to do something with adding the game's key to your EA Link account, if you bought the original in retail instead of online.

Yeah im just wondering i had ea downloader and it worked fine but when ea link took over it just didnt work, now the thing is i purchased AF EF on ea downloader but cant get them now as the EA link doesnt work, due to the fact that money has changed hands i can no longer use or install these items would i be up for a refund from EA as i had no prior warning that this would happen before i purchased both booster packs ???
