So I installed windows vista home premium. Downlaoded patch 1.41 ( all went fine ) , installed it , started up battlefield 2 , tried to connect to a server , that also still works , but when I click on join game : it freezes and punkbuster pops up saying : You have been kicked via punkbuster( for 0 minutes) ...
Restriction : Inadequate O/S Priveleges.

So what do ive got to do ? Does anywone has any suggestions and can tell me why this happens?

When you run any game, right click on the icon and click "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" and you wont have any problems

read the 1000 posts on these forums alone on how to fix it. it should take you about 10 seconds to search. have fun.

Search it up on the forums, it's been posted several times. And it doesn't matter if you have Vista or not.

It's something to do with user accounts. Try setting your user account on Vista to computer administrator or whatever.
