Yeah but that is because the shock of getting hit cause a person to fall over. The bullet itself does not have near enough mass/force to knock a person down but the shock of getting hit does. Ive been shot in the face with a paint ball hit my visor and it hurts less than being shot in the back or the arm or the chest especially the hands and bollox.
