The two first are a bit easy to tell... The girl's smile is unnatural, and the old man's eyes, well, they aren't eyes. How the hell he/she worked the two last ones though... THAT'S scary.

I don't know, I'm doubting the authenticity of the last two pictures as CGI's.... to me it seems someone might have gotten confused with some actual camera-taken pictures...

Go check out the site listed. The auther has some talent. Basically, its a computer 'painted' version of a photo, using Photoshop and a drawing tablet.
