Just wonderin if any1 cud help me out a m8 of mine got the BF2 then patched it up to 1.41 but now when he trys to log into his account (when it says connecting to EA account server) and it comes up with a message sayin 'The server has refused your connection'

plz help sum1

I got that once or twice 7 thought it was my account being banned or something but i tried later 7 it worked fine. Maybe the server is busy or he's typing the wrong password or something.

*Edit:* my shift key must be racist, sorry. replace those 7's with &'s.

Could be himself, or anyone else (trojan bound to patch file) messed around with the hosts file redirecting requests to another IP address. The last one would be deadly, because one can get his username and password easily that way (password transmitted as unencrypted string -.-)
