Can anybody tell me if I will get promoted to First Sargeant now that I have completed all my basic requirements. This was done after I was promoted to Master Sargeant. Or do I remain at the lower rank till Sargeant Major.

It looks like you were missing your knife badge, before you hit 20k.

Nothing you can do now, you're stuck at Master Sergeant until you reach 50k. Sorry bout that.
