Perhaps if the video would have been about politics, foreign relations, up coming elections or maybe even just regular ole' liberal bashing, it would have made sense.

Watched 4 minutes then decided to do something else, having had seen much of the Reagan footage on history vids. But one would expect a special about Reagan to be about Reagan. I saw nothing particularly abnormal. Seems like every talk show host has at least one session of fawning over their favorite politician.

compare/contrast this reeeeally old vid with how the media has crushes on clinton/obama today and you find they aren't so different

If you wanted a documentary, you should've watched something from the history channel. But it's the Rush show and that's...well...his thing.
