If you want to see a real problem try looking at South Africa where it is getting close to 1 out of 1,000

Americans should be more concerned with the 500,000 people with cancer. 200,000 die each year from the treatable/preventable kind. It amazes me how we lose focus on the obvious problems because the news media chooses to spend more time on the random actions of a lunatic.
