I believe that country is Norway. Followed by Sweden. Might be wrong though. Could have been last year or so that we got that "announcement". It's probably not that it's more crime in Australia than anywhere else. Probably people report more to the police down there than anywhere else. Just my thoughts. I might be WAY OFF here.....
