First five are basically the same, and some of the other options fall under this. Hating/acting against someone just because their skin color, or beliefs are different than yours is just wrong.

The next two are big, but not as diverse as the first. If we could get rid of some of the "politicians" that are more concerned with appeasing everyone because they want to be re-elected than actually standing up and doing what is right. The bad Judicial systems fall under the same, serious crimes go un-punished. Too many people get away with things because of their status (athletes and actors for example).

The education and ignorance sort of lead into the first of my selections, but you can be a good person regardless of learning capacity. But because education (primarily here in the US) is so expensive now, deserving people have to resort to other life styles to make ends meet. Which sadly occassionally leads to crime.

Bias in the media trails closely with ignorance. Too many people take what is said on the news as fact. They are incapable of researching things for themselves. These are the "sheep" that really get to me.

Damn, that's pretty hard to choose from that list. At least initially. But there are a lot of things that are intertwined, some almost to the point where they are the same. And some are the results of problems, which in turn cause problems themselves.

Obviously the top one is Mankind. I shouldn't need to explain why. Without us, the world wouldn't be like this to start with.

The second I guess would be the umbrella term of Ignorance. And to me, this incorporates numerous issues you're listed there. Bad education systems, hatred for each other, discrimination, Islamophobia, homophobia, racism, anti-Semitism and neo-Nazism can all be listed as issues causing and resulting from ignorance.

Which leads into the third one of Religion. Without it, the world would be completely different. For instance we can all see the current links between Islam, religious extremists and terrorism.

The following five issues seem to be a result of the problems mankind has caused. Global warming, loss of ecosystems, resource scarcity, hunger and starvation, and illegal immigration all seem to form a chain of events, each causing it's own problems as well.

The rest I'll add in and order once I think about them some more. But good question. Sorry about my answer, it's not what you were asking, I know.
