It says my brother's soldies has the exact same awards as me, which isn't true. He only has a few. It does that with everybody's soldier that I look at. WTH is wrong with it?

You mean on EA's website? If so then yeah I have the same issue. It shows thier medals right but everything else is the same as mine.
Same for everybody i think, i think its a cache problem. They're probably aware just too lazy/dumb to fix it :p.
