San Antonio police detectives looking into the January 29th murder of EB Games manager Amber Belken during a robbery at the store at 410 and San Pedro have reached a dead end...so they're asking local gamers for help.

Below is a list of the games that were stolen from the store by the person who strangled Belkin. If somebody tries to sell you these games on the street, that person may be a killer, so call the police immediately.

This girl was 20 years old and was suffocated for some consoles and games!?

There are crimes like this all the time it seems lately, but this one just stands out to me because of what the people were after. Rob the place, fine, but there was no need to kill someone for it. Anyone else feel this was over the top? To me this is really bottom of the barrel, I hope the police are able to catch whoever is responsible and they are punished to the furthest extent of the law.

Anything like this going on where you live?

Usually in situations like this you have an opportunity crime and one of the perpetrators simply wants to kill someone or the victim recognizes one of the perps and is killed to eliminate a witness.

Those would be my two guesses.
