I was in Japan for a year and experienced racism first-hand it really did make me mad at first. But then I thought about it and it was only because I was different than the majority. In my mind I turned it into a reason to learn, instead of a reason to get mad. And trust me, it was pretty bad. Bad enough, that if I was black in the United States and the same thing happened to me, I could sue several companies for a lot of money. And win.
