Listen, I know its all good and grand to get the publicity you want. Its nice that you share the video's as they are pretty funny. But if he is in EVERY game you play, why don't you add him to ur squad, or join his squad and ask him over the mic why he is doing it, and why he won't stop.
I had a little issue with some guy who called me a noob after he got in the F-35 and because of it, I got pushed off the carrier. I just told him he had no reason to call me a noob, as I was ranked 2nd in the game, and he was 2nd to last...I got the jet next, and he got squished behind me as I took off and punished me for the team kill. I got kicked for negative points. Well, I rejoined, joined his squad and asked him politely why he decided to punish. He said "because you said something to me on the carrier and shit." He said he was just realllly stoned, and he wanted to fly around in the jet for awhile...
I wasn't upset, this guy must have been 20+ I think its interesting to just talk to and hear these people who punish just because they can. He was a good guy, talked way to much though about his graphics card to his other squad members I left to focus on the game again.
Just try and talk to this kids ass.
Edit: Or you could just tell him your sorry, and that you think he is pretty good and should play on your squad. Then proceed to have him lead, get killed, and you score points off him
