You either just got the global points and need to go online and get one point to rank, or you were already a Master Sergeant before getting the required badges in which case you can not get the rank of First Sergeant.

Yes, you needed to have all of the required badges for First Sergeant before you reached 20,000 global points. Once you reach 20,000 you will either rank up to a Master Sergeant (if you didn't have the badges) or to a First Sergeant (if you did have the badges.) There is no way to go from Master Sergeant to First Sergeant.

The rank at 50,000 works the same way, so start getting your badges now to ensure that you end up making Sergeant Major instead of Master Gunnery Sergeant.
