I am currently at 179,382 and u need 180,000 to make 1st star general, i have the requirements for 2 star general alreday but not the 1 star general.   and i know i cant get the requirement for the one star general with 700plus pts.  i need way to many air hours (plane especially) and then go over the 700pts. 

so my question is????????? once i get over 180000 pts, and finally get the veteran badges of plane and helo, will the 2 star general automatic pop up or will i miss it?   or do i have to wait till i get 200,000 pts for 3 star general 

but this is the thing here, on 3 star general it says u need to be a 2 star general to make 3 star general, so if i miss becoming a 2 star general will i ever make 3 star general or ill get it once i get the veteran badges of plane and helo?????????????

because if i dont its pointless and will never be general of any kind.   how does that work..........thxs for your help...........

Well i dont think you will skip a rank because you dont have the requirements being as there is no other ranks to get of you fail the requirements it would only hold back until you get what you need. so you will end up being xxx points over the required amount until you get your vet aviator and what ever else you neeed.

if u get all  veteran now then get to 180,000 u will be 2 star..

then once u get to 200,000 u will be  3 star since u have enough time to be 2 star and 3 star
OR
onece u  get 200,000 points and decide to get all veteran u will automatically skip 1 and 2 star

You can't skip them. You need to get 1 star to get to 2 star general(and so on). So once you get veteran aviator and heli badges you become 1 star gen. Then whenever you kill someone or just get teampoints(s)
you become 2 star gen. And by the time you get those missing veteran badges you'll probably meet requirments for 3 star gen. So you'll jump from colonel to 3 star gen. in 1 round (by "jump" i mean you'll get 3 promotions).

then after 1 star kill some one or team pts then my rank automatic jumps to 2 star general????????   

and then of course 200,000 pts will be 3 star after. (since there are no requirments except time which i already have)

thxs man.  a little worried that i wasnt going to make general stats after going over 180000 pts without having vet plane and helo badges.   damn hours. pisses me off..................i get TK alot and have to stand in line and still not get in aircraft.  getting shot down by aces, etc......and my K/D ratio and spm dropped huge, but i dont care about that really,  just want to be general of some sort and 4 star one day????????? LOL

u know they got the 1st and 2nd general thing backwards dont u think.  shoulld be for 1 star the requirement of 2nd general the requirements for 2 star, 1st star req.  because its harder and longer to get all vet badges than kit badges i think.............

I see Homie 22 u are close to 2 star, 10,200 pts away.  but u got hrs too, 23 hrs of helo time left and 21 hrs of armour.   so u will be 1 star soon.   i tell u what getting except armour was a longggggggggggggggggggg time 400 hrs.   (u see what i mean u have the req of two star already, EA has it backwards.......)

do u think u will make your hrs before u reach 180000 or go over and get it when u get the hrs first then get the badges.  when do u think u will get those hours??????????????

There are also time requirements for the general ranks if I remember correctly:

1080, 1250 and 1440 hours of playtime (for 1, 2 or 3star rank)
But seeing you have 1400+ hours already, that shouldn't be a problem.

And just so you know, for a 4 star, you need to be a 3 star within the top 50 ranking. (which is over 400k at the moment)

good to know about 4 star, ill guess ill end up at 3 star and thats it.............
