That's ridiculous - I can say that about the leader of the opposition party in Ireland right now: Enda Kenny might as well blow his fucking brains out through the back of his head because he has about as much chance of getting elected as someone who isn't even eligible!!!usmarine2007 wrote:
But if I had said that in one of those forums, would I not get yelled at? You don't have to answer, we all know what the answer is.ghettoperson wrote:
The point he was trying to make was that he may as well not be there for all he can do now. He didn't literally mean he should kill himself.usmarine2007 wrote:
So, if I went to a British, Irish, German, Finnish?, or Swedish forum and said their leader might as well put a gun in his / her mouth, I would not get yelled at?
Some Americans seem to identify their president with their very identity!!! He's an employee of yours - YOU employ him! He is there to SERVE you!!!!!! Speaking ill of your president is like speaking ill of any public employee - be it at the DMV, schools board or whatever. Some people.... George Bush is not America! I wouldn't get that uptight about someone figuratively talking about Bertie Aherne taking his own life. I don't know the guy. He isn't Ireland. I would sure as fuck realise the fact the comment was said figuratively for a fucking start. There is so much low-intelligence pondscum on this forum ready to take preposterous knee jerk reactions to whatever they misinterpret.
MY BOTTOM LINE: No one deserves more respect than any other individual. We are all equal.
