"Danity Kane"

Now, if anyone watch MAKING THE BAND, 3 (i think it was 3, at least), you know that the resulting band is called Danity Kane.

Now, the band sucks, but their name sucks more (almost impossible...). I believe the minds here at BF2S are the most fit to uncover exactly WHY this is a suitable name for this band!
Danity= not a word
Kane= a name... but... makes NO sense here.

Now, the name is supposed to be a mix of all the members' names...
the names are:

Aubrey, Aundrea, D. Woods, Dawn and Shannon.

HOW THE FUCK DO THEY GET DANITY KANE FROM THAT?!?!?!?!

Please... We need to crack this case...

Well, I can only tell you how my band, tonight, picked a new name.

Now, as you can see by clicking on my website link, we were pagan blues. It just wasn't working.
We came up with around 12 names but couldn't pick so we wrote them on seperate pieces of paper and took turns throwing them into the air, eliminating the ones that landed writing down.
Thus we became The Down Lows

Alex Barlow got his first guitar at age seven. For inexplicable reasons, he explained, he was drawn to the orchestra and experimented with stringed bass, cello, viola and finally the violin .

Uhm.... if you would have actually watched Making the Band, you would've known that the name comes from a cartoon character that one of the girls was drawing. Diddy asked her it's name, and she replied Danity Kane.....

NOT A MIX OF THEIR NAMES!!!!
