hi, i´m quite difficult situation because in finland we have national rights to go to army and if not, there´s a two options ,either jail or sivilian service ,i choosed sivilian service and i have date to go in duty...
however i got two pet cats and i cant bring them to service whit me because the training period is in dormitoria and i got no one to take care of them in the first 3 weeks...
finlands law says that you can´t miss tread pet´s and not force anyone to miss tread pet´s ,thats against law and if i don´t show up in the service i´m breakin the law ,im not going to leave me cats to die ... and when i called for that in the service ,they said it´s not their problem and i can´t get more time to begin the service however if i sign any school ,or big loans (because they don´t want to pay intress of that) or have some dicease i don´t have to go there ...this quite shit and the goverment ppl seems to be senseless androids .. f u finlands goverment

No seriously, is there no such paragraph in Finish law that makes someone responsible for looking after pets as the person owning them has no chance of taking care of them?

law says that you can´t be any action or role of hurting animals or make them suffer generally. i have done my occupation last summer this town dosen´t offer job for me bacause it´s rather small ...
so im jobless right now waiting to go another school when this service ends .. i got no money to take pet´s to kennel there is one but it costs 7€ for day/147€ for 3 weeks what does the training period lasts. after then i can get apartment and take my cats when im doing the 11 months workingtime for goverment just because my moral is agaisnt to train to killer,and puppet for goverment ...

i have phoned there 3 times explained everything them ,asked extra week to get this order, they said i´s not their problem and they can give only 2 months in minimium extra time ,but this reason isin´t good enough of them "because it´s not personal problem of mine" that was most bs what they have balls to say to me ,i laughed ,and said if this isin´t personal what is? he said dicease or school or big loans that you can´t miis for your job ,because of big intress....

i have take´d care of them from when they was 1 month old and they are 7 years old right now,they are like childs to me, offcurse il take care of them to their last days of oldness.

In all seriousness, ask a neighbor or friend to take care of them. If you don't have any, take it to the court. What is "civil service" anyways? Try to get some sort of 'service' that's like, idk, operating a street sweeper truck. Drive from 8-12, come home feed the cats, drive some more, come home and play BF2 and play with your cats.

my friends usually move out of this town when they have finished the schools,there are friends but most of them have dog or cat allready or drinks alcohol like spunge and even forgets keys etc every weekend to bar or somewhere ,like my parents are cat allergic ,and can´t stand fur of them. i never met the neighbors of this block ,they are total strangers for me ...
and what are the changes win the law case against goverment? as i said can´t pay for anyone to take care of them because i mainly got 120€ for month buy all the living stuff what i need ,i dont really got any extra money before i got job.
