First you need a picture, a big one if possible, it will be easier to work
Then you need to take the color of the part that you want with the "Eyedropper tool (l)"

Now take the "Pen tool (p)"

Click around the part that you want, it will fill it with the color.

Repeat for all part on different layers
And... use the folders, they are your best friend, your layer window should look like this
