Does that count food?

There are quite a large amount of foods with countries names in them.

Likely, he isn't an American, but he is currently living in the United States, if I understand correctly.

i do my best to buy items made in the US or at the very least are american owned

I guess a country would look ridiculous doing that if they didn't have a misplaced zealous patriotism.

Im not canadian, Im from bosnia

No, he meant he found another store using a country's name.  For the record, Canadian Tire is an absolutely horrible store, good for 1 piece steel tools and oil, nothing else (reports say they have the website 'www.crappytire.com' bought so no one can do the obvious).
